Ärztinnen und Ärzten ist es demnach nicht gestattet, Patientinnen und Patienten ohne hinreichenden Grund an bestimmte Apotheken, Geschäfte oder Anbieter von gesundheitlichen Leistungen zu verweisen 34 V MBO.
