Medicap Inc. is a young and dynamic company dedicated towards designing, manufacturing and distributing, best in class and state-of-the-art closure remedies to pharmaceutical companies. We are manufacturers of Euro Head caps, used for closure of IV fluid bottles. We are an ISO certified company into manufacturing of PP(Polypropylene) and PE(Polyethylene) caps in sizes of 28mm/32mm and 39mm. Euro Head caps are closures for Plastic Infusion bottles made from Blow-Fill-Seal Technology and Stretch Blow Moulding with Wash Fill Seal Technology. By investing in a state-of-the-art production unit, we have set a new benchmark in manufacturing of Euro Head caps in India. The large size, 72 cavity Moulds with Hot Runner Technology and with tailor made Injection Molding Machine and Ultra High Speed fully automated Assembly Machines ensures product quality without human inference. Our In house laboratory facility ensures defect free product including testing of Pull Load of Pull Ring and Auto clave test.
