Medics2Mongolia is a non-for profit organisation that provides medical services for college students, medical students and Mongolian doctors. Our Mission: Medics2Mongoila aims to improve access to education on a local, national and international stage. Our provision of workshops at colleges and sixth forms helps to improve local access to medical school education for UK college students. We provide exciting, educational and free elective placements for medical students in Mongolia whilst improving local doctors’ spoken English through structured English programs, allowing for participation in educational development around the world. Medics2Mongolia is registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (1153610) founded in 2013 by three final year medical students at Newcastle University (Sidney Parker, Ross Sayers and Matthew Brown). They aimed to collaborate their work in schools and elective to Mongolia in 2012 (http://medics2mongolia.com/our-experience/) to make access to a medical education easier for all.
