The Patel family founded Meditab in 1998 after experiencing first-hand the frustrations of having an inadequate EHR. Fed up with the tedious software that they were using in their family-owned pharmacy, they were determined to create a system and a company that works with providers, instead of getting in the way. Soon, IMS was born. By 2003 we then launched IPS, as well, expanding our software to pharmacies. Since then, thanks to the simple desire to make providers’ lives easier, Meditab has grown to offer software for more than 40 different medical specialties and has become a pioneer in clinic software.
