Meditation House

Meditation House specializes in Meditation & Mindfulness classes for corporations and organizations virtually as well as in-person. We now offer classes via Zoom, Skype and other online avenues so that people can participate from just about any location. Our classes are typically integrated into organization's well-being programs. When teaching in-person, we typically teach Meditation & Mindfulness to corporations and organizations located in New York and New Jersey. We can travel to any location in the USA and develop an in-house well-bring program that offers Meditation, Yoga and other healthy solutions. We can lead these programs in-house and/or train employees to teach and lead these programs.
