Meditory Corporation has created and brought to market a unique, specialized medication intake technology that lowers costs, improves productivity, increases accuracy, and reduces legal exposure for medical professionals. RxLabelReader™ is designed for use in the prescription portion of medical intakes where capturing drugs and dosages from bottles containing prescription labels is critical. The core product is a scanning device that creates a flattened two-dimensional image of the prescription label that can be converted to text and outputted to a Patient Medication Profile or transmitted to an Electronic Medical Record, thus providing significantly increased productivity and accuracy when conducting a medical inventory.
