Though there has been a lot of activity in the health care sector in the past couple of years, it is seen that many in need of medical attention do not get to it, on time. It’s not the financial side of the matter. It’s just that there are insufficient means to deliver a quality and peaceful health care service. In urban India, though people can afford health care services, many do not get to it simply because they need assistance - to get to the hospital/doctor, to get diagnosed. For example, senior citizens in India whose children work abroad or are constantly on the move or are located elsewhere. Or, pre-pregnancy tests for a lady whose husband’s hectic schedule doesn’t permit a peaceful visit to the doctor. And so on. From our initial surveys, we’ve found out that people in need of such medical care find it obligatory to depend on their relatives and friends for such frequent ‘favors’. MediTrack’s goal is to provide absolute peace of mind to its customers when it comes to health care, at an affordable cost.
