Mednick Associates is a full service consortium of leading medical experts and specialists who advise attorneys on legal matters. Our network of highly specialized and top tier medical experts are available and immediately accessible. Medical case reviews, independent medical examinations, depositions and expert testimony are some of the services our experts provide. Additionally, we have a full staff of case managers and RN's who manage your expert needs and the logistics of your legal case review. We specialize in quick 2-4 hour reviews by our highly credentialed medical expert witnesses after we find the right expert for the needs of your unique case. Services are offered to both plaintiff and defense with a large majority of our experts having a credible mix of both plaintiff/defense case work. Expert witness services are available after the initial review for all follow on expert witness work. Until you decide to engage a Mednick Associates expert there are NO FEES associates with our service. We do not charge for cursory case reviews by our RN's and fees are only required after an expert is agreed upon and starts to review your case. We handle all deposition and trial scheduling with out experts along with keeping them on track for an expeditious completion of your case work. We do this so you don't have to.
