MedReportGuard has been acquired by Cordata Healthcare Innovations! MedReportGuard’s (MRG) mission is to enable continuous improvement in the care, protection, and lives of victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, elder abuse and neglect, and other interpersonal crimes. MRG believes that victims are best served when health care providers, law enforcement, and community services work in concert to support them, and when survivors are empowered with resources rather than asked to overcome barriers to reach them. We fulfill this goal by providing electronic reporting, storage, referrals, analytics, and distribution of medical and forensic records that enable this interdepartmental and inter-agency collaboration. This collaboration benefits each one of these constituents independently - but ultimately and most importantly, it ensures that survivors and their families receive the best support, care, and protection.
