Our Goals: Professional Home: Become the destination for people of color in the Medtech network through thought leadership and the development of community. Foster Excellence: Create a pathway for high-potential people of color, C-Suite leaders, and key decision-makers to excel and be recognized. Drive Solutions: Address the gap and grow the number of people of color participants in clinical trials and use of Medtech products.
