Currently the company is focussed on transforming how clinical testing laboratories work in Africa with its flagship cloud-based laboratory information management system called LabXpert, which was developed in response to management and client service requirements for TB and COVID-19 testing. LabXpert makes laboratories operate more effectively and efficiently by reducing manual processes, protecting data, sharing information and speeding up the provision of validated test results from days to hours critical to patient care and other needs. LabXpert enables laboratories and hospitals perform better achieving all important quality accreditation and integrate with other systems like billing, enabling more holistic well-managed services.
