The story of MEE Consultancy begins with its founder, Kate Pheasant. After spending 24 years honing her skills in people development at a leading pharmaceutical company, Kate recognised the need for a more personalised and impactful approach to personal, team, and leadership development. In 2011, she took the bold step of establishing MEE Consultancy, driven by a passion for using her enthusiasm and energy to unlock the full potential of organisations and their most valuable asset – their people.
