Then the entire Group was acquired by buying all shares and Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Marzouqi was as partner and Deputy of the Chairman of the Board and the Group was converted to a family company with 100% ownership in 2010 pursuant to the vision of Mr./ Mohamed Ahmed Al-Marzouqi, the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. This vision proved to be farsighted for the studies have shown that the performance of the family companies in many cases exceeds the performance of other types of companies.
