Meet A Mommy

Meet a Mommy is a nonprofit organization devoted to providing a safe and supportive environment for women to feel validated and encouraged to share honest experiences and feelings relating to pregnancy and caring for a baby. We fulfill our mission by reducing the social stigma of antepartum and postpartum depression and improving the mental and physical health outcomes of pregnant women and new mothers. We are committed to promoting supportive friendships, services, education, and activities to encourage positive health throughout pregnancy. We sponsor activities directed at reducing stress and promoting positive health outcomes. We aim to build a sense of community amongst women going through a similar life experience. We encourage appropriate medical care, educational classes, and stress reducing services & activities. We reach out to women of all ages, races, religions, financial class, and national origins, who are experiencing pregnancy or motherhood. Our purpose is educational and charitable.
