According to the Nigerian Health Facility Registry [NHFR] reports, there are currently 40,348 healthcare Institutions in Nigeria, most of which lack infant incubators and phototherapy lamps; the few who have them find it challenging to replace the existing ones because of their exorbitant costs. While most healthcare institutions prefer not to purchase them because of their complexity in usage and maintenance, others consider them as added, non-sustainable expenses especially as they require constant power supply, which is still a major challenge in Nigeria. At Megincare, we engineer affordable healthcare through the manufacture of cost-effective medical equipment using locally-available materials to promote availabilty and accessibility of quality healthcare for all and sundry. Our company also offers services such as repairs and maintenance, installations and trainings for effective use.
