Melanated & Proud was created by ManLikeDan who is on a journey to change the narrative surrounding black people. He gives people the opportunity to tell their story, promotes their business, highlight issues in the community and focus on solutions. The emphasis is on what we as a community need to do to get to where we need to be and remain positive. His focus is on re-establishing the essence of love and family in the community. The platform aims to to provide black businesses with more customers; connect black people to jobs/opportunities, inspire and motivate the community.
