Melba Support Services is a registered NDIS provider of disability services with human rights at the core of everything we do. Celebrating 50 years in 2022, our purpose is to open up a world of opportunities for people to live fabulous lives of their choosing. We employ about 1,500 staff who provide quality support services in the eastern and southern suburbs of Melbourne, Ballarat, Central Highlands, the Wimmera and across Gippsland. Since 1972, we have been providing disability support services that focus on supporting people to dream big, be happy, and do what they choose and value. Melba provides accommodation and support services, including: • Around 100 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across Victoria • Short-term accommodation or respite centres (STAA) in metropolitan and regional centres • Individualised supported living (ISL) from 10 locations • Community Connections (day programs) across Victoria Melba has an absolute commitment to human rights, positive behaviour support and zero tolerance to abuse in all forms.
