Melbourne Disability Services are an experienced NDIS service provider to deliver multiple services and supports that provide a 'one stop shop' for needs and goals. We have the staff and system that understand the NDIS and can support you to get the most from your NDIS plan. Our mission is to facilitate and enhance the skills of impaired individuals to maximise their potential for success in any aspect of their life. We achieve this via building their capacity to allow them to become more autonomous and independent. We pride ourselves on offering a superior service to our participants via our customer-focused approach, which enables us to empower our participants to achieve success in any way they see fit. All of our supports are tailored to your needs with the provision of our services contributing to your goals and aspirations. We encourage and promote our participants to take complete control of their NDIS plan and make all choices regarding their supports and services. Collectively, Melbourne Disability Services team find providing supports and services to our community a very rewarding experience, with staff being treated like family, our participants have so much gratefulness towards their support workers who really enjoy the work they are doing.
