Melbourne Satellites is a privately owned company and was established in 1991. We are importers and wholesalers of satellite receiving equipment and the major distributor for brands including “IKUSI” Domestic and Commercial RF Equipment and “resi-linx” AV Equipment. Over the years we have been awarded some of the largest supply and installation contracts in Australia for many government, commercial and private satellite networks. These include the Victorian Education Department, Victorian Libraries, facilities for the Australian Defence Force and Banking Institutions to name a few. We were one of the first Companies in Australia to work with DIGITAL TV Technology and Transmission via satellite as far back as the early 1990’s. With our vast DIGITAL experience we specialize in Digital Free to Air Television Reception and Distribution Solutions, Analogue to Digital upgrading, Digital to Analogue Trans-modulation and much more. We currently provide servicing, maintenance and installation for small, medium and large TV and Satellite distribution systems, integration of PAY-TV services for satellite or cable delivery, and multi-story or grouped residential and commercial distribution backbones. Our current clientele includes Broadcasters, large Motel and Hotel chains, Body Corporate and Property Managers, Aged Care Facilities, Public and Private Hospitals, FOXTEL and many more.
