Meliora Learning Academy

Meliora Learning Academy has been serving various individuals and couples who are keen in looking for clinical psychological assistance. Ever since its initiation in 2002, Meliora Learning Academy has developed and covers wider scope of service, such as: educational psychology and industrial/organizational psychology. Bearing the motto of “to develop, encourage, and empower individuals, groups and communities to become better and wiser, day by day.” Meliora Learning Academy is officially established on March 27th 2014. Aptitude tests have been provided due to parents and students’ request. Besides, Meliora Learning Academy also provides psychological evaluation as part of individual’s key performance indicator (KPI), seminars and trainings to develop and improve work ethics, motivations, soft skills in doing their work. Meliora Learning Academy also provides consultation with parents, which aim in sharing the basics of raising children. In industrial psychology, MLA is entrusted to hold selections, placement, promotion and psychological evaluation for individual’s personal self-development. Meliora Learning Academy is also entrusted to share and advise employees regarding their psychological skills for self-development and the capability to be more responsible and tacit in life. In 2016, Meliora Learning Academy has obtained its legality. Therefore, under the name of CV Meliora Lokacipta Adiwidia, Meliora Learning Academy will grow and emerge as a great support for Indonesia. Since August 2016, in line with efforts to expand the business network, Meliora made the partnership with The Directive Communication International (Asia), one of the global leadership development and organizational culture change management solution, established by Arthur F. Carmazzi, one of The Top 10 Leadership Guru. Currently, Meliora’s main activities are focused on training, seminars, and assessments in different areas of the organization, using new concepts of DC Psychology, to enhance individual, group, and organizational’s productivities.
