Lynne Rittner, Founder, has a background in Social Work and Psychology and is a Certified Practitioner with Herrmann International and the Whole Brain Dominance Instrument. With over 20 years experience, her areas of expertise include developing Mission, Vision & Values, Intentional Leadership, human behavior, understanding team dynamics, and the impact of change. She has been a keynote speaker, guest speaker and breakout panelist regarding topics such as leadership, generations in the workplace and talent retention. Lynne is passionate about sparking others to see things differently and a believer that there is always a Plan B.or C. For as long as anyone can remember she has questioned the status quo and understood situations from all points of view.
