You're responsible for booking the service/lesson through signing up and using the ma website booking service. ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure you are booked for what you pay. any service with ma must be rescheduled within 24 hours or they will not be valid to reschedule. some services will have additional costs that are not due to our studio due to material costs and expenses. talk to coach to straighten out any additional expenses for lessons. ma offers no refunds for any service purchased unless we personally decide to do so. we reserve all rights to refuse service. clients assume all liability when using our services, both personal or extra-personal. furthermore we are not liable for any damages incurred to self, student, or personal property including but not limited to musical instruments and other gear.
