Melting Pro (MeP) è un'impresa culturale dinamica fondata da 7 professioniste e vede nelle forme dell'arte e della creatività il potenziale per trasformare la società. Supporta organizzazioni, comunità e individui in percorsi di crescita e sviluppo. Le attività di Melting Pro coprono i seguenti argomenti: audience development, innovative and entrepreneurial skills and competences, local and international cultural development. Melting Pro is an organisation founded by seven professional women consolidating a long experience in the field of cultural management. It groups and combines different and crosscutting expertise and competences to stimulate an innovative approach in the field. Melting Pro is inspired by the understanding that culture has a role in contributing to a more cohesive society and wellbeing of people in the future. By all means, all the activities that Melting Pro carries out aim first of all at enlarging access and participation to tangible and intangible heritage, through the use of techniques based on creativity, social and technological innovation. Melting Pro has a double soul that organically carries out different and complementary activities: The not for profit – cultural organisation “Melting Pro. Laboratorio per la cultura”, established in 2011 with the aim of experimenting and testing ideas at National and European level; The cooperative organisation “Melting Pro. Learning”, founded in 2014 with the aim to consolidate and apply the results run by the not for profit organisation. To respond to the growing needs of cultural practitioners to invest in strategic skills and competences to face the challenges and support change in the sector. Melting Pro’s activities cover the following topics: audience development, innovative and entrepreneurial skills and competences, local and international cultural development.
