Melvel Training was set up in 2009, by Mel Vella, with a commitment to raising awareness about the potential risks and effects of substance misuse, to help people to make better informed decisions about drug use. Mel is a specialist in providing bespoke drug (including alcohol) awareness training and seminars across all sectors, with 9 years of experience in this field of work. She is recognised and commended for her ability to plan and deliver engaging and informative courses for schools, outreach services, local authorities, businesses, police authorities and the Royal Military Police, across the UK, and overseas. With a background in teaching as well as training, this has enabled her to train teachers and police officers to deliver drug education in schools in the UK and in the Armed Services schools, believing that drug awareness is a right that we should all have.
