At Memory Tracks, we’re not just building health tech. We are building small acts of courage: moments where care feels less clinical, and life feels a little more like music. MedTracks® is our flagship medication reminder app, created with support from NHS Highland RD & I. It pairs medication alerts with personally meaningful music to help users stay on track with their medications and supplements—turning routine adherence into a positive, memory-boosting experience. Memory Tracks® supports the care of people living with dementia. By using song-task association at the point of care, the app helps reduce agitation, makes daily care activities easier and more effective, fosters connection, encourages social engagement, and supports independent living.[Rerelease 2026] LifeTracks®, currently in development, uses music-based prompts to support people with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD.
