Mendme Uk is dedicated in improving our clients’ health and wellbeing by taking a holistic approach in managing physical pain and emotional stresses of life. Our treatments considers the body as a whole unit and is adapted to alleviate common problems that result from poor posture or sports related activities or daily stresses. Our collective experience, skills and our consultative approach to our clients’ needs is what makes us the best in our field. Workplace health is also a service we offer and have worked with many organisations to help them to support their staff’s wellbeing. We have worked with organisations such as Burberry, Government Civil Service departments (ACAS) and (DEFRA), Greenwich Cooperative Development Agency, Francis Crick, Greenwich Council and the NHS to name a few. Our workplace health service can be a one-off session as part of your team building away day or regular sessions. We take a flexible approach and can provide bespoke services to meet the needs of organisations. Our health and wellbeing services include all our therapies listed above as well as our Mindfulness, Meditation and Chakra Energy workshops. We can offer workshops face to face or online. We also provide training for therapists who wish to grow and develop their skills. We are passionate about sharing our years of experience, skills and industry knowledge to others that want to be the best in their field.
