Hi, I'm Rick Bollinger, CEO of Menlo Park Associates, a management consulting firm in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I'm still active in the area of process improvement. I've been Certified a Project Management Professional and a Six Sigma Green Belt. I helped one medical device company implement SOP's for ISO compliance and get their European CE Mark. As a 21 CFR Part 11 Assessor for Pfizer Research, I audited all kinds of computer systems. For over 8 years I traveled doing process development and project improvement for government and commercial enterprises.
