I’m Grace. I’m going through menopause, with 2 million other Australian women. And I’m on a mission to rebrand and rethink menopause. Menopause with Grace takes a fresh look at curating content and diverse perspectives around perimenopause, menopause and their impacts on women in life and work. I didn’t know that my fatigue, brain fog and hot flushes were being caused by menopause. I was 45, with a five year old child, and menopause was not on my radar. It robbed me of my confidence, my decisiveness, and my choices. It forced me out of my job. Menopause is a journey, but it doesn’t have to be the road trip from hell. Every woman needs a support team to help take care of her physical and mental health, and get to the destination on the other side of this change.
