Menopositivity

The Peri/Menopause transition ambushes all too many women at the prime of their lives and their careers, often as early in their 40's. However, there's a paucity of research on how this often debillitating transition affects performance, or what accomodations are necessary for the 55 million women going through it each year in North America. Our vision is to break the taboo around Peri/Menopause and spearhead research that supports women 40+ to personally and/or professionally thrive.
