The primary nature of the consultants is to provide complete brain power to companies and keep them indulged in hard work. It is a no-brainer that the consultants have always been very committed and dedicated workers. The predominant reason for them to be very devoted is that they simply have to be as they are a part of a process. Generally, a process could never stop running and if it stops, it is repaired by throwing out the non-complying components – which is a non-performing consultant. When you are equivalent to a component: you are doing nothing significant but the same uninteresting tasks and repeating the same things. After a few years in a career as a consultant, the consultant begins executing the same daily duties, sitting on the same desk, and getting the same paycheck almost every month. Their lifestyle generates nothing interesting and nothing exciting to look forward to at all. What happens at this point: they forfeit the happiness and freedom part of their lifestyle and take a strong pill of staying behind the rock-solid multinational companies (MNC’s) for financial security and stability in life. The fear of embracing the path of being an independent entrepreneur becomes so huge that they comfortably fall into the lap of financial security by renouncing their lifestyle. Well, it may sound like a phenomenal deal in the beginning; imagine the scenarios when these promises are not fulfilled. The consultants forget that they are assured by the non-living entity. The engine of this entity is run by injecting financial fuels and it could alight you as soon as it finds you as an object of burden. As a consultant, you might term it as a betrayal without understanding that it’s your own mistake from the start. In the name of downsizing, consultants have been thrown off the organizations without valuing the financial securities that were promised initially. Inboard meetings, the term for them is financial burdens.
