Hi, welcome to Mental Health Rebels! Our mission is to help people who have struggled with mental suffering achieve real healing and mental freedom. When I say “mental suffering” I’m talking about the kind of mental, physical and emotional suffering society labels mental health problems. Maybe you’ve received a mental health diagnosis like depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, mood disorder, etc (this list can get long!). There are 19 million people in the USA suffering from mental health illness. We get prescribed meds and sent to therapy, but that doesn’t seem to be fixing the problem, right? That’s why I founded this company. This is for people who are frustrated with pharmaceutical mental health meds as the “solution” from our modern medical system. Mental Health Rebels is for people who want more, who want real solutions! Real healing! This is for people who are searching for permanent, lasting transformation that will free their mind, heart and soul. Experiencing mental suffering does not mean that’s your forever destiny. It is possible to retrain your brain and nervous system to be in a permanent state of peace instead of a permanent state of chaos. It is possible to learn to weather big feelings with grace and calm.
