Stress, depression or anxiety accounted for most days lost in 2022/23, 17.1 million in the UK compared to 13.1 million due to musculoskeletal issues The reasons for this increase are many! It contributes to presenteeism, where someone shows up to work, is unproductive, makes mistakes that can be costly to fix, and puts the team under additional pressure, and they are still trying to figure out how to deal with their challenges. At Mentally Fit Minds, we believe that good physical health is not possible without good mental health. We provide training that helps organisations & communities to not focus on reacting to issues that affect the mental health of their team but rather deal with it in the same way they do to prevent accidents physical health by implementing changes that will prevent a physical accident from occuring Our Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) covers this, which trains employees to be mental health first aiders. As a special bonus, we include training on Menopause awareness.
