For over 33 years, Attorney Diane L. Mancinelli, has practiced law and litigated cases in the State of California. In 1992, she founded the Law Offices of Diane L. Mancinelli, which later became Mentis Law Group, PLC, a business and consumer law firm specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy; wage and hour cases; personal injury including auto accidents, slip and fall and dog bites; employment actions such as sexual harassment and discrimination; commercial and civil matters including but not limited to civil litigation, contract preparation and review, business formations such as incorporation and LLC; collection matters; issues regarding contracts and interpretation; and trust and estates (estate planning).
