What is Mentor and Mom? Mentor and Mom is an initiative by Dr Monika Mittal and her two IITian sons, Ameya and Sarthak for all amazing teenagers and their hardworking parents. As we know all students face many challenges such as balancing studies, dealing with peer pressure, mental and physical health issues; we aim to suggest efficient ways through blogs, stories, articles and webinars to make this journey enjoyable. We are there for you! Dr Monika Mittal's background : Dr Monika Mittal is a consultant physician by practice who has also undertaken training programs in adolescent health. She has closely observed her own children's journey to IIT Bombay and is also proud of her decision to support her children's education and let her own career take a backseat in doing this. With her enriched experience as a doctor and consultant, she has empathised with many parents and is passionate to give advice for improvement of children as well as their parents.
