Merajut Hati

At Merajut Hati, we strive to make mental health accepted, treated, and prioritized in Indonesia. Our mission is to provide all Indonesian citizens access to sufficient mental health education, treatment, and preventative care while breaking the stigma against mental health disabilities within the Indonesian community. Merajut Hati is built on two pillars: Prevention and Intervention. In “Prevention”, we educate the public about mental health to correct misconceptions and to educate Indonesians on ways we can achieve mental and emotional wellbeing. While increasing mental health literacy, we hope to also break the stigma surrounding mental health disorders and to promote treatment-seeking behavior. Merajut Hati also intervenes to facilitate treatment for Indonesian citizens. We recognize the structural factors that hinders people from getting help and we work to dissolve those matters.
