May-rah-kee:(n.) to do something with so much love and passion that you leave a part of yourself in your work. Meraki Kitchen is a dream project of Madhvi Agarwal, a self-taught baker, who gets the science of gourmet desserts and loves the challenge of making light sweets with sublime texture and glorious flavor. To share our creations with the world, we are opening up a new dessert bar called "Videsi Desserts".
