Meraki & Modus is a Dubai based international firm led by former hoteliers and destination marketing specialists who consistently deliver deep thinking and innovation to the hospitality and lifestyle sectors. When we created the firm in 2013, we knew there was a gap in the market for this kind of duality. While we collaborate regularly with pure creative firms (architects, interior designers, chefs, landscapers), as well as professional service providers, financiers, and operators, we sit in our own “third space”. We have built our reputation on the combination of curious, imaginative, and original thinking we are known for, matched with our years of experience as insiders from the sectors to whom we now consult, to produce work that is always highly compelling and analytical. CORE CAPABILITIES We create new hotel and lifestyle destinations from inception or work to understand and transform under-performing assets. Often, we work ahead of the curve, creating new categories of destination, products and experiences that lead instead of just responding to market demand. We deliver both Strategic Thinking and Strategic Development to the hotel industry (corporate and individual properties), property developers and investor groups, as well as the F&B, Retail, and Wellness sectors.
