I provide concierge data analysis and business intelligence, to medium and small companies, who would not tyically have a budget for a full time data scientist, but have a need to bring their analytics game to the next level. My typical client is a small company (~ 1mm in overall assets) to a mid size company (~ 250mm in overall assets), on a per engagement basis. What that looks like is: 1. We meet to discuss the business problem. From there we determine/ gather the requirements. I write the initial code, determine software/ hardware needs, and determine overall deliverables. From there, I create the overall end product, and 'stand it up' at your location. Post delivery, I am available for enhancements, and insights. I do not have an on-going fee agreement, but more of a concierge data analyst/ scientist. Most importantly, your stat stays with you, and you as the client own the code.
