I lead expeditions, build real-world field capability, and advise people and organisations operating in complex environments. I’m the founder of MerchantTraveller Ltd — delivering small-cohort tropical skills BootCamps and bespoke expedition support, alongside consultancy that connects clients with trusted on-the-ground expertise across higher-risk regions. I also deliver talks and workshops on expedition leadership, risk, resilience, and decision-making when conditions are uncertain and the margin for error is small.
