MergingDesign is a marketing communications firm that merges branding, interactive design, and integrated marketing to help companies build their brand, tell their story, and sell their products. Founded November 2002 in Houston, Texas, MergingDesign has a staff of account managers, designers, copywriters, and production artists, as well as a network of freelance design and technology talent. Another reason MergingDesign stands out is how we embraced from the beginning the 'post-geographic,' telecommuting concept that more and more companies are now moving to as energy prices soar. We've always encouraged employees to work from their own home office. They aren't fighting rush hour traffic and clients aren't paying for extra Apple Cinema Displays or Herman Miller office systems. Our projects may involve naming an upstart company, creating a logo and identity system, or developing a brand messaging strategy and a tagline. It could be extending an existing brand by creating an interactive product demo or creating a cross-media campaign system. It might just be tweaking a brochure.
