Meristem Therapy Services

Meristem Therapy strives to set the standard for evidence-informed, trauma-centered mental health care for individuals and groups. We will meet this goal through authenticity, emphasizing connection, and respect for others. We will reject an either/or dichotomy and embrace a both/and belief to be present for our clients and our selves. Meristem Therapy encourages growth on the client's terms and intentionally nurtures a growth-focused environment that supports client's journey towards a sense of flourishing. We use harm reduction psychotherapy, relational therapies, and interpersonal therapies as tools to promote client self-determination and agency both within therapy and in their personal lives.
