Merqury Cybersecurity

Merqury works with the quantum technologies research group at the University of Malta. It builds on expertise grown over the course of the preceding decade, including through participation in large-scale research initiatives funded by the European Commission, NATO, and local funding mechanisms. Milestones achieved by this research group include the establishment of a quantum link between Malta and Sicily over the telecommunications network, subsequently extended to a round-trip from Malta to Sicily and back. We truly are at the forefront of the quantum revolution. Merqury is not your typical quantum communication startup. We bring together expertise in quantum technologies with computer science to develop tools and technologies that are useful to people in the real world.
