The Merrimac Center is a Juvenille Detention Facility that holds juvenilles awaiting trial as well as some juvenilles that are post-dispositional. While here juvenilles receive counselling, mental health evaluations, any necessary medical care and quality schooling. The center is funded by the Middle Peninsula Juvenile Detention Commission.
