The Merry Ploughboy Irish Music Pub in Dublin is the only traditional Irish pub in Ireland owned and managed by traditional musicians. The nightly show of Irish music & Irish dancing has been voted "Best Dinner/Entertainment Event" in Ireland. The show features consistently as one of the top ten attractions on TripAdvisor and the pub has also won "Music Pub of the year in Ireland". Food is a very important part of what happens at the Merry Ploughboy, and the pub is a proud member of the Good Food Ireland Association. Owners and musicians (the Merry Ploughboys) having been playing Irish Music together in Dublin since 1989, and it is their 'hands on' approach that makes the pub the best venue in Dublin for Irish Music, Irish Dancing and of course great food and entertainment.
