MESOSCOPE is started from July of 2006 in Taipei, Taiwan. The purpose of the company establishing at the beginning is to provide the most advanced Nano-Scale methodology and measurement concepts imported into Taiwan and China. From 2010, MESOSCOPE designs and fabricates cleanness, high uniformity and leading specification for failure analysis the advanced technology. Till to 2018, there are over 35 leading wafer foundries, IC design house, Fabless companies, Failure analysis houses and academic organization qualify and use it as main source for FA applications. MESOSCOPE dedicates on design and fabricate metallic probe tip for Advanced Failure analysis field. We will persevere in “ Reliable”,” Precise” and “Improving” ( R.P.I. Vitality ) to be our company culture to serve our customers and provide perfective products and consultants in the world.
