Leading actor in the Italian cultural debate since 1914, Messaggerie has grown as a publisher, distributor and bookseller over the decades. The company is inspired by values such as respect, plurality of thought, cultural spread, service quality, research and innovation. Today, through its subsidiaries and associated companies, it's one of the main Italian books publishers, the leader as independent distributor and one of the key players in trade both on physical and digital channels. Messaggerie also runs the first Italian booksellers' academy. About 30% of the books that reach the Italian readers is managed, in at least one phase from production to sales, by Gruppo Messaggerie.
