We provide a range of services related to mass spectrometry-based metabolomics for various bioscience and bioinformatics applications. We are available to partner in large-scale research studies, limited scope assays and experimental investigations or pay for service sample analysis. We have experience in targeted and untargeted metabolomics using a range of advanced mass spectrometry techniques, including LC-ESI-MS/MS, GC-EI-MS/MS, LC-QTOF-MS, GCxGC-TOF-MS. We have experience working with a range of sample matrices, including serum, plasma, urine, cell lines, tissues, organs and whole organism homogenates. In addition, we can provide comprehensive bioinformatics and chemometrics support. We have extensive experience in various univariate and multivariate statistical techniques (t-test, ANOVA, PCA, PLS-DA, VIP plots, dendrograms and heatmaps etc.), as well as pathway analysis. We can also help with experimental
