Union for members in Denmark and Greenland. We organize and improve the employment conditions for pilots, cabin crew, and skilled workers in the aviation industry. The aviation industry is vital for the Danish economy and employment. Good working environments and proper salary and working conditions are crucial for attracting and retaining skilled employees in an industry, which is critical infrastructure, and where the green transition is a focal point. We are the frontline staff in the air and in the hangars. We know the industry and the workplaces. We are most effective, when we stand together. Metal Luftfart was founded February 2022, when DPF (Danish Pilots' Association) and CAU (Cabin Attendants Union) merged with Dansk Metal (Danish Metalworkers Union).
