Metal Surgery was established in Falmouth, Cornwall, in 1970, and has over 40 years of experience in plant, machinery repairs and fabrications of all kinds. As a result of this we have gained a reputation as one of the most cost effective and reliable precision fabrication companies in the region. In September 2016 the General Manager took leadership of the business, and brought Metal Surgery forward to our new location at Mount Wellington Mine, Chacewater, Truro. Due to this our new premises allows us to take on large scale projects, with sq.ft unit floor space, complete with 16 Ton gantry crane. We are highly regarded for the specialised services which we provide. Our systems are accredited to the British Standards, and internationally recognised, ISO9001 Quality Standard. Our customer base is varied and widespread. We provide precision welding & fabrication services and support to businesses ranging from small, one-man operations through to International companies.
