Established in 1981, the family-owned company employs 800 people. The company has two manufacturing units in Nagpur offering fully integrated production: from sourcing of Steel and fabrication to Blasting, Painting and Packing. Metalfab has a technically-proficient team backed with a highly motivated and skilled workforce. The company offers extensive experience in fabrication coupled with state-of-the-art machinery and facilities. MFHPL is the preferred supplier of most of its customers and has long-standing relations and running contracts with some of the largest Indian companies like Doosan, Inox Wind, BHEL, L&T, Enercon, Thermax, Alstom and Thyssenkrupp. Metalfab has ISO 3834 certified welding quality and an NABL-Accredited In-House Non-Destructive Testing Lab. MFHPL is well equipped with machineries and facilities for Material preparation, Forming, Welding, Machining, Material Handling and Surface Preparation. Our manufacturing facilities and offices are spread over sq.mts.(Approx 22 Acres) with a total covered area of 26500 sq.mts. We have 18 fabrication bays of which the biggest is 205m long, 28m wide with a hook height of 10 m covering a massive 5750 sqm. We have 6 blasting booths and 11 painting booths and we have a handling capacity of 90 MT single piece.
